Tonight was a Youth Sunday at the Search and they planned the entire service, from top to bottom. They chose Isaiah 11 for their scripture, and the theme of the service was to "Spread Love like Violence, Spread Hope like Fire." Prophets in our own time, our youth shared a relevant and needed message with us.

Today we worked off of the scripture telling the Emmaus Road story, found in Luke 24:13-43. The song we heard in the middle of the sermon was "Human" by The Killers. PLEASE look it up- it's so good! Consider Our Cry: Palm Sunday

Today, Palm Sunday, we hear words from the gospel of John 12:12-16. In the middle of the sermon we heard the song "Middle of the Road" by The Pretenders, and we read an affirmation of faith written by Suzanne. At the end we moved into prayer through song with "When The Stars Go Blue" by Ryan Adams. Moving from celebration to silence we traveled through Palm Sunday and into Holy Week.
